Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases, you may request a return by using the 'Contact Us' section quoting your order no. and within 14 days of receipt.
We only accept goods returned in their original condition, unused, unopened and complete with original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of us authorising a return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend you use a shipping service with a tracking service as we will not be responsible for items lost during shipping.
If on the rare occasion items may become damaged during transit, please contact us as above and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and exchange the item at no extra cost.
For all returns you will receive a credit note, including in instances of an exchange item being out of stock.
We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.
Discounts and shipping fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
